How We Started…

The Millennial Crisis was started by Demi Kotsoris in 2017, after struggling with my direction in life, feeling lost, stressed, anxious and often apathetic about her future.  At the age of 22 already felt she was stuck in a career she didn’t know she wanted anymore...

After ticking some boxes, and being on a path that was leading to “success” she felt something was really off. She began a podcast “Millennial Crisis” that tracked her journey of figuring out “what she wanted to do with her life”. After 80+ episodes and charting on Apple Podcasts, Demi realised she wasn’t looking for “purpose” she was seeking community.

In mid-2020, at the height of the pandemic, Demi launched virtual conversation events, starting with just five attendees. Since then, the community has grown exponentially, with monthly events now held across five major cities and some gatherings drawing over 150 participants. Millennial Crisis has partnered with various brands and businesses to host these events, creating unique opportunities for meaningful engagement and innovative collaborations with the audience.

Where we are now..

Today, Millennial Crisis is more than just a global movement, we create community-driven strategies for purpose-driven businesses, give key-note speeches, run corporate workshops and train passionate brand ambassadors in how to host their very own Millennial Crisis events. Find out more here.

What we believe

Get into your stretch zone

At the Millennial Crisis, we understand that the “big-picture” and “information overload” can cause us to freeze and become apathetic in our actions.

So instead of pushing those major boundaries, giving your boss the finger, cutting off all of your friends & living the jungle… We encourage you to live in your “stretch zone” it’s not as scary as your panic zone, but it’s just enough outside of your comfort zone that allows you to work towards doing the things you really want.

Community is so important in us being able to take action and do the things we want to do, so we want to help connect you with people who will encourage you to continue moving through the discomfort and going after the things you want!
