Where it Started…
The Millennial Crisis was started by Demi Kotsoris in 2018, after she was struggling with her direction in life. Feeling lost, stressed, anxious and often apathetic about her future, she was stuck in a career she didn’t know she wanted anymore...
After ticking some boxes, and on the “right” path to “success” she felt something was off.
As she began to open up to friends & strangers, she soon realized that nearly everybody she spoke with was experiencing a similar thing on different levels.
This was where her “Millennial Crisis” began.

The generation with the most connections, but least community.
The Millennial Crisis works to actively translate digital relationships into in-person connections. Cultivating a diverse community of like-minded Millennials who are seeking to grow and better themselves through open conversation and action.

Get into your stretch zone
At the Millennial Crisis, we understand that big-picture thinking can really stunt our growth, analysis paralysis tends to cripple us in what “could be” instead of putting one foot in front of the other and taking one small step in any direction!
We push you to live in your “stretch zone” It’s not as scary as your panic zone, but it’s just enough outside of your comfort zone that allows you to work towards doing the things you really want.
